Eric Snyder
Eric is an Executive Search Lead within IBM’s Global Executive Search practice and is responsible for identifying and recruiting executives for roles across the IBM organization. Eric began with IBM in 2004 as a Recruiting Program Manager where he worked with Oracle practice leadership to hire top talent into the consulting group, guiding IBM executives, business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates through the recruiting process.
In 1992 Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University, Tallahassee Florida.
He and his wife Jennifer have been married 25 years, live in Canton, GA and have four children: Sarah (23), Matthew (21), Katie (18) and Anna (17). Eric is active with F3 and spends his free time with his kids and wishing the Chicago Bears were better.
